ci44 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Platform Use
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service on ci44. By creating an account you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ci44 ("ci44", "we", "us", "the Platform") in respect of your access to and use of the ci44 website at ci44.app and all services offered through that website, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, virtual games, and payment transaction services. These Terms govern every interaction you have with the Platform from the moment of registration onwards.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ci44. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Terms shall prevail in respect of matters that are purely operational or commercial, and the Privacy Policy shall prevail in respect of data protection matters.
By accessing ci44, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility
Minimum Age Requirement
The ci44 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. ci44 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied. Any winnings generated by an underage player are void and will not be paid out.
Geographic Eligibility
ci44 is operated for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. Players must ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is not prohibited under the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. ci44 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly and absolutely prohibited under applicable law. It is the player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether participation in real-money gambling is lawful in their specific location within Bangladesh or elsewhere.
2. Account Registration and Security
One Account Per Person
Each individual may register and operate only one ci44 account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a breach of these Terms. ci44 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, void any bets or wagers placed across duplicate accounts, and forfeit all balances associated with the secondary account(s) without prior notice.
Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. ci44 may require documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided, including but not limited to national identity card, birth certificate, or bank or mobile wallet statement. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Account Security and Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ci44 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your password with any third party. ci44 will never request your password via email, SMS, telephone, or any other channel. Any activity carried out through your account using your correct credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ci44 immediately by contacting [email protected] and change your password without delay.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods and Deposit Rules
ci44 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — use of a payment account belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile wallet methods and ৳200 for card payments. ci44 does not charge a deposit fee, however your payment provider may apply its own charges. Deposits are credited to your ci44 balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
Withdrawal Rules and Processing Times
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. ci44 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions. Requests submitted before 9 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are processed the same day. ci44 reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if there is a suspected breach of these Terms, an ongoing investigation, or a technical issue with the relevant payment provider.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonus Eligibility and Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotions offered by ci44 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements (rollover), minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and validity periods. These specific terms are published on the promotion page or communicated at the time the bonus is issued. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. ci44 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
Bonus Abuse
ci44 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Patterns of play that suggest a player is exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of free spins on high-RTP games, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinated group play to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in the voiding of bonus balances, the cancellation of pending withdrawals derived from those balances, and may result in permanent account closure.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ci44 and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, scripts or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets, access the Platform or manipulate game outcomes.
- Colluding with other players, dealer teams, or any ci44 employee or contractor to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal source, including the use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
- Accessing the Platform while self-excluded or during a cooling-off period that you yourself requested through ci44's responsible gaming tools.
- Any attempt to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, technical glitches or any other malfunction of the Platform — whether discovered accidentally or deliberately sought out — to place bets or generate winnings outside the normal operation of the game.
ci44 monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Detection of any of the above will result in immediate action as set out in Clause 6 below.
6. Suspension, Closure and Termination
ci44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to comply with a KYC verification request within the stipulated timeframe; receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider; or a court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority. Where an account is suspended for investigation, ci44 will aim to complete its review within ten business days and will notify the player of the outcome.
You may close your ci44 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals that have been approved prior to the closure request will be processed. Any bonus balance remaining at the time of account closure is forfeited. If you choose to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may also utilise the self-exclusion tool in your account settings, which prevents reactivation for the period you select.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the ci44 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video and data compilations — is the proprietary property of ci44 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of ci44.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ci44 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect loss, consequential loss, special loss, or any other loss arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ci44 has been advised of the possibility of such loss. ci44's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits you have made in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit ci44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by ci44's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Gambling involves financial risk and the possibility of losing money. ci44 makes no representation or warranty that you will win any particular amount or generate any profit from your use of the Platform.
9. Amendments to These Terms
ci44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ci44 will publish the updated Terms on the ci44.app website and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered account holders by SMS or email to their registered contact details. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 6.
10. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ci44 platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection legislation.
